유엔해양법협약 제229조(민사소송 제기)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제12부 해양환경의 보호와 보전에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
이 협약의 어떠한 규정도 해양환경 오염으로 인한 손실이나 피해의 청구를 위한 민사소송의 제기에 영향을 미치지 아니한다.
