유엔해양법협약 제239조(해양과학조사 촉진)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제13부 해양과학조사에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
각국 및 권한있는 국제기구는 이 협약에 따라 해양과학조사의 발전과 수행을 촉진하고 용이하게 한다.
