유엔해양법협약 제293조(적용법규)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제15부 분쟁의 해결에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
1. 이 절에 따라 관할권을 가지는 재판소는 이 협약 및 이 협약과 상충되지 아니하는 그 밖의 국제법규칙을 적용한다.
2. 당사자가 합의한 경우, 제1항은 이 절에 따라 관할권을 가지는 재판소가 형평과 선에 기초하여 재판하는 권한을 침해하지 아니한다.

1. A court or tribunal having jurisdiction under this section shall apply this Convention and other rules of international law not incompatible with this Convention.
2. Paragraph l does not prejudice the power of the court or tribunal having jurisdiction under this section to decide a case ex aequo et bono, if the parties so agree.
