유엔해양법협약 제304조(손해배상책임)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제16부 일반규정에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
손해배상책임에 관한 이 협약의 규정은 국제법상 책임에 관한 기존 규칙의 적용과 장래 이러한 규칙의 발전을 저해하지 아니한다.
