유엔해양법협약 제309조(유보와 예외)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제17부 최종규정에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
이 협약의 다른 조항에 의하여 명시적으로 허용되지 아니하는 한 이 협약에 대한 유보나 예외는 허용되지 아니한다.
