유엔해양법협약 제9조(하구)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제2부 영해와 접속수역에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
강이 직접 바다로 유입하는 경우, 기선은 양쪽 강둑의 저조선상의 지점을 하구를 가로 질러 연결한 직선으로 한다.

If a river flows directly into the sea, the baseline shall be a straight line across the mouth of the river between points on the low-water line of its banks.
