유엔해양법협약 제23조(외국의 핵추진선박과 핵물질 또는본래 위험하거나 유독한 그 밖의 물질을 운반하는 선박)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제2부 영해와 접속수역에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
외국의 핵추진선박과 핵물질 또는 본래 위험하거나 유독한 그 밖의 물질을 운반중인 선박은 영해에서 무해통항권을 행사하는 경우, 이러한 선박에 대하여 국제협정이 정한 서류를 휴대하고 또한 국제협정에 의하여 확립된 특별예방조치를 준수한다.

Foreign nuclear-powered ships and ships carrying nuclear or other inherently dangerous or noxious substances shall, when exercising the right of innocent passage through the territorial sea, carry documents and observe special precautionary measures established for such ships by international agreements.
