유엔해양법협약 제17조(무해통항권)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제2부 영해와 접속수역에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
연안국이거나 내륙국이거나 관계없이 모든 국가의 선박은 이 협약에 따라, 영해에서 무해통항권을 향유한다.

Subject to this Convention, ships of all States, whether coastal or land-locked, enjoy the right of innocent passage through the territorial sea.
