유엔해양법협약 제86조(이 부 규정의 적용)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제7부 공해에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
이 부의 규정은 어느 한 국가의 배타적경제수역·영해·내수 또는 군도국가의 군도 수역에 속하지 아니하는 바다의 모든 부분에 적용된다. 이 조는 제58조에 따라 배타적경제수역에서 모든 국가가 향유하는 자유에 제약을 가져오지 아니한다.

The provisions of this Part apply to all parts of the sea that are not included in the exclusive economic zone, in the territorial sea or in the internal waters of a State, or in the archipelagic waters of an archipelagic State. This article does not entail any abridgement of the freedoms enjoyed by all States in the exclusive economic zone in accordance with article 58.
