유엔해양법협약 제261조(해운항로 불가침)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제13부 해양과학조사에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
어떠한 종류의 과학조사시설이나 장비의 설치와 사용도 확립된 국제해운항로에 대한 장애가 되지 아니하여야 한다.
