유엔해양법협약 제6부속서 제21조(관할권)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 부속서 6 국제해양법재판소 규정에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
재판소의 관할권은 이 협약에 따라 재판소에 회부된 모든 분쟁과 신청 및 재판소에 관할권을 부여하는 다른 모든 협정에 특별히 규정된 모든 사항에 미친다.

The jurisdiction of the Tribunal comprises all disputes and all applications submitted to it in accordance with this Convention and all matters specifically provided for in any other agreement which confers jurisdiction on the Tribunal.
