유엔해양법협약 제30조(군함의 연안국 법령위반)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제2부 영해와 접속수역에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
군함이 영해통항에 관한 연안국의 법령을 준수하지 아니하고 그 군함에 대한 연안국의 법령준수 요구를 무시하는 경우, 연안국은 그 군함에 대하여 영해에서 즉시 퇴거할 것을 요구할 수 있다.

If any warship does not comply with the laws and regulations of the coastal State concerning passage through the territorial sea and disregards any request for compliance therewith which is made to it, the coastal State may require it to leave the territorial sea immediately.
