유엔해양법협약 제43조(항행 및 안전보조시설, 그 밖의 개선시설과오염의 방지·경감 및 통제)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제3부 국제항행에 이용되는 해협에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
해협이용국과 해협연안국은 합의에 의하여 다음을 위하여 서로 협력한다.
(a) 항행 및 안전보조시설 또는 국제항행에 유용한 그 밖의 개선시설의 해협내 설치와 유지
(b) 선박에 의한 오염의 방지·경감 및 통제

User States and States bordering a strait should by agreement cooperate:
(a) in the establishment and maintenance in a strait of necessary navigational and safety aids or other improvements in aid of international navigation; and
(b) for the prevention, reduction and control of pollution from ships.
