유엔해양법협약 제44조(해협연안국의 의무)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 제3부 국제항행에 이용되는 해협에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
해협연안국은 통과통항권을 방해할 수 없으며 자국이 인지하고 있는 해협내 또는 해협 상공에 있어서의 항행이나 비행에 관한 위험을 적절히 공표한다. 통과통항은 정지될 수 없다.

States bordering straits shall not hamper transit passage and shall give appropriate publicity to any danger to navigation or overflight within or over the strait of which they have knowledge. There shall be no suspension of transit passage.
