유엔해양법협약 제6부속서 제38조(적용법규)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 부속서 6 국제해양법재판소 규정에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
해저분쟁재판부는 이 협약 제293조와 함께 다음을 적용한다.
(a) 이 협약에 따라 해저기구가 채택한 규칙, 규정 및 절차
(b) 심해저활동에 관한 계약과 관련된 사항에 대하여서는 그 계약의 조건

In addition to the provisions of article 293, the Chamber shall apply:
(a) the rules, regulations and procedures of the Authority adopted in accordance with this Convention; and
(b) the terms of contracts concerning activities in the Area in matters relating to those contracts.
