유엔해양법협약 제8부속서 제4조(총칙)
이 조문은 유엔해양법협약(UNCLOS) 부속서 8 특별중재에 속합니다. 대한민국은 1996년 1월 29일 UNCLOS를 비준했습니다.
제7부속서 제4조부터 제12조까지의 규정은 이 부속서의 규정에 따른 특별중재절차에 준용한다.
